Container Gardening Tomatoes

The size of the pot I use for tomatoes and peppers in a container garden?

I want to grow both cherry tomatoes or Roma tomatoes. I'll be growing jalapenos too. What pot size that works best for each? How many seeds or live plants should I put in each pot? I'll probably start from living plants tomatoes and peppers from seeds. This is just a start. I've never grown anything before that I want to start small.

Use the biggest pot you can for the tomatoes. at least a 12 inch pot. one plant per pot. peppers could go into a smaller jar, but then again i wouldnt put more than one plant per pot. we grown enormously, both in our garden center of the family I can tell you from experience that, as they are great temps and origin of the plants dry out very fast. and a big strong healthy plant will give you more production than cramming a bunch of plants in a pot. after the water if necessary and fertilize twice a week with fertilizer liquid and add time release fertilizer throughout the season
