And how is the network of public transport? Lines of buses, subways, etc. .. And finally, the weather is nice and warm enough in winter out all the time? Not all the time, but some days are definitely hot enough to throw away, and is almost always very sunny. Days like this are random and few, however. Public transport is notoriously awful. It is absolutely necessary, must have a car. And 1100 in rent? HA! This is nothing. I'd say wait at least 2,000 per month for rent. If you have roommates, you can get away with about 1,000 per month, give or take a few hundred.
