Gardening Mystery Author

Does anyone know this book is for children?
There is a book I remember reading when I was younger. It was a sort of mystery novel child, but not Agatha Christie or something. In it, three brothers, Trish, Teddy and Tory, must discover the hideout of a certain family heirloom before someone else does and sell the precious books (tiny handmade books.) The only clue they have is a small book, which seems to be a directory flowers in the garden. In the end, the book turned out to be sewn into a quilt great-aunt, and they were saved from the guy who wanted to sell them … That sounds familiar to anyone? You know the author or the title of it? Thanks ^. ^
There was a question of "Stump the Bookseller" at Loganberry Books some time ago, that sounds like it may be the same book you are looking for. Was identified as "Secret of the Crazy Quilt," by Florence Hightower. However, this description of the book does not sound very good to me. On the one hand, the girl's name in the book is given as "Jerry." Here is the Q & A http://loganberrybooks.com/solved-s.html: I do not remember much of this book, but that's what I remember: (It's a book for children) Two children who go to the home of a relative. They are there some mysterious treasure hidden in the house and go look for him. There is a garden with rocks around it and each stone is a letter of the alphabet (maybe) from a password. At end, they find the treasure hidden in a heritage quilt. I do not know the author or title! I still have vague memories of this book, but I do not know how much memories are accurate. Not 100% sure, but one can try The Secret of the Crazy Quilt by Florence Hightower, 1972. S69 sounds a bit like T39 Going just by the title, maybe Treasury of Crazy Quilt Farm by Marcella Thum, illustrated by Elinor Jaeger, published by Franklin Watts 1965. Not very likely, but also the mystery of the seven golden candlesticks by Winifred Scott, published in London in 1958 Mowbrays "This adventure story at a fast pace for boys and girls is concerned with the activities Detective unexpectedly orphaned brother and sister in a vacation home in unfamiliar country. "(Junior Bookshelf Oct/58 p.172 publ. Ad) and still grabbing straw key to the treasure by Peggy Parish, illustrated by Paul Frame, published NY Macmillan 1966, 154 pages "Liza, Bill, and Jed, spending the summer at her grandparents farm, are determined to solve the puzzle of a family legend, often told in authentic Indian relics, a hundred years before disappearing without trace. Youth Readers will be immediately involved when children accidentally dropped the first of coded clues, and can share the fun and excitement of ordering codes Cryptic and decipher the instructions. "More on Sectret the quilt:" During an extended visit at his family home in Massachusetts the winter of 1944-1945, Jerry and his aunt trying to unravel the mysterious events holiday visit another twenty years before.
