Big Rhododendron – recommendations?
I recently purchased a large house with a sloppy, a large garden. As part of the renovation of the garden, Rhododendrons want to put some great at the end of the garden (+ 10 feet). What are the best species in the Northeast United Kingdom are easy to get hold of? Thx soil is perfect – and has several Azael Camilo who are quite happy. To clarify, do not want to buy a plant that already 10ft +, just want to know some nice variety that will grow so big. Lots of space in the garden for a number of them / the colors is not prob
The two most fabulous you Rhodie can get are sinogrande falconeri and why not look great when they bloom, but even in winter. The leaves are crinkly huge chandelier and light-colored (sinogrande) and colored rusty (falconeri) underneath and they grow as high as small trees, without the garden. Flowers in both cases are yellow and smell of almonds.
