Hello: We would like to know the best way is to sell our lake property in our own country?

Our property is located on a private lake in Troy, PA. It is move in ready with all new amenities. The price is $ 310,000, call: 570-549-2467. The house is a Cape Cod with 3 levels, 3 bedrooms, sunken living room, vaulted ceilings, new wood flooring, newly painted inside and out. There are two lots of big lake dimensions (185 'lake front), 2 dependence, and two docks. Year around activities, swimming, fishing, water skiing, hiking, relaxation or is available to all. The house is landscaped English garden style, then something is always blooming. It has walls and paths. There are three universities radius distance from our house, Mansfield, Cornell, and Penn State. This house is a great place for singles, couples or families. It is a great place to socialize with friends. Have a barbecue, a campfire or a canoe at night. Please call or come take a look for yourself. The house has definite curb appeal. Thanks!

You can also try E-Bay listing in your local paper, put up flyers in schools and local businesses, or contact a company that helps sell your home. I personally I recommend the latter. They can list your home in MLS and online. A lot of people online on your house hunting, especially with gas prices being so high.
