How to preserve homemade salsa?

Planning to make salsa with vegetables (tomato / pepper, etc.) in my garden. I need to know how to freeze / Can salsa so it does not go bad and not bad taste.

You can freeze uncooked salsa. You need to freeze it in glass and use it within 6 months. The only thing that happens is it becomes a little softer, not as firm as fresh salsa. What I did in the past was not to cut the tomatoes very real I leave them a little robust. But otherwise, still has its kick.
