You start with your neighbors?
I do not. In the past, my neighbors went through my trash (to see if it was me who had earlier) made racist comments to my friends, they accused me of things I could not have done (like play toys in their gardens, I have no children!). They told me My mother did not park on the street, not to slam the door policy (I live in a maisonette block). Once I broke both my arms and was in plaster. I was pulled up not close the gate! All of my neighbors are older people. Short of committing murder, there owt I can do? I watched a tool to complain about the old account!
you should move to another neighborhood.
