I'm new to organic gardening, here in the north, I would put corn gluten for weeds at first?
wet cold and my garden is not planted until late May But by then it will be full of weeds. Can I apply now gluten corn, then until May, my first planting without injury? Or just fight against weeds until my plants are 5 inches tall?
Corn gluten is a pre-emergent, which means he used to kill existing weeds, it retains that new weeds from germinating. You can apply the gluten, but I do use all the beds you'll be starting seeds in. It is safe for beds to be planted with plants of size or startup of existing facilities.
