Square Foot Gardening Compost
Composting manure for garden About 3-4 per LBS-1000 square feet?
This is for the garden that has been used for some years. Not sure the level of soil nutrients. Just look for an approximate number.
Barry, for me 3 -4 pounds does not seem much compared to 1000 square feet Without knowing exactly what the slurry is made, it is difficult to say, but if I was using the "slurry" cool, I still spread it like 3-4 pounds per 100 meters squares. I work very well, and let stand for at least a week to ten days. Then work harder and then water it. The watering will leach some still on earth. I think it would be appropriate for an area that had been used for gardening for several years, where the soil had no change added during that time.
