Number of Garden Plants of the family?

I'm planning family "my garden victory" for next spring, I'm using the method of Square Foot Gardening that I am specifying the approximate plant needed to feed a family of four. I also intend freezing plants suitable for winter, but I do not want to make any saves this time. I'm finding a lot of information on the number of lines needed to produce a family of four, but no information on the actual quantity of plants. I am planning the following in my garden: cantaloupe, carrots, salad greens, onions, tomatoes, pole beans, broccoli, cauliflower, corn, okra, peppers, potatoes, soybeans, squash and sugar snap peas. My family currently eat quiet a bit of fresh and frozen products.

lines by the length = number of plants in the back of the package of seeds, If you follow the instructions for planting … best I can do!
